A. Yes, we do. We will move and replace sofas, chairs, tables, and other furnishings. Some extremely heavy and permanently situated pieces such as china hutches, grandfather clocks and stereo systems, however, may not be able to be moved.
A. You can remove small knick-knacks and other objects from the furniture that will be moved, and clear the floor of toys and other items. If you have valuable or delicate items such as vases, you may want to place these out of the way, in another room, before we move your furniture. It is also a good idea to keep children and pets out of the area being cleaned, for their own safety.
Your carpet will be ready for foot traffic between about two to four hours after cleaning. If you need to walk across it sooner, then you should wear socks or clean slippers, because walking barefoot on newly-cleaned carpet can leave oil spots.
A. We can remove most spots, but there are some types of stains that even professional carpet cleaners will be unable to remove. If you have such a stain in your carpet, we may be able to patch the area with a matching piece of carpet.
A. In many cases, we can spot dye the faded spot, or we can patch the area with a new piece of carpet.
A. We can easily remove pet odors that have not penetrated into the carpet padding and the flooring underneath the padding. Removing odors from urine that has soaked into the underlying layers, however, will require a more extensive process involving treatment of the flooring under the carpet, and possibly replacing part of the carpet pad.
